30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, untested, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, accessories, and gifts intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, or had their protective seal removed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
Email LorieBurton2026@outlook.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep all packaging. We will review the evidence and provide an appropriate resolution when the claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened, sprayed, tested, used, or unsealed fragrances; sale or clearance items; gift cards; personalized items; and items marked final sale cannot be returned, except where required by law.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union Customers
Where applicable, EU customers have a 14-day statutory right to cancel or return an order. Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may lose this right once unsealed, subject to applicable law.
